BE: Getting connected to nature is as natural as breathing, in fact you already do it but you shouldn’t wait for a mental or intellectual reply. It never comes from there, but rather from your feelings and emotions. As time goes by, your mental body will learn how to decipher your feelings, but if you try to find answers with your intellect, you will receive incomplete replies. And it’s exactly the same for yourself : relax, be in a deep peace of silence, on your own and without any activity. Then your essence will reveal itself to you, naturally without effort.
