We’ve received many questions about our crowdfunding — and that’s completely understandable! Here is everything you need to know so that your contribution, even a small one, can make a real difference.
The all-or-nothing rule
Our campaign works on an all-or-nothing basis. If we don’t reach $12,000, no donations will be transferred to us — and you will be fully refunded. Every contribution truly matters.
In addition, the Desjardins cooperative and the Government of Quebec are partners of La Ruche: reaching our goal will help us secure grants and loans essential to our development. And the number of contributors matters just as much as the amount — even $3 or $5 makes a real difference!
You can also come back near the end of the campaign to contribute just enough to help us reach our goal.

There are two ways to give:
- Predetermined amounts with a reward — you receive something in return for your donation (these options appear first on the site).
- An amount of your choice, without a reward — a simple donation, available at the bottom of the page.
Everyone will receive a thank-you letter, regardless of the amount chosen.
