A very busy and intense week of work for our Sacred Essences. As such I’ve been too tired this weekend to write to you as I normally do. But I did write this week ! We have to renew the flyer for our clients and distributors and I spent a few hours doing this. I thought maybe my devoted readers could give me some thoughts on the text of this flyer. I know from experience that we can always polish a written text more and more. Thus, your suggestions and comments would be much appreciated. Here we go….
Chiiyaam—Peace, Without Smoke
Liquid Smudge Chiiyaam is recognized by hundreds of users, across many countries, as the most powerful energetic purifier they have ever encountered. It was created by a Métis spiritual healer with a synthesis of several techniques from North American Indigenous methods, carried in a liquid medium from the traditions of high French perfumery.
Blue Eagle, Métis of Canadian, Abenaki, and Pawnee descent, was trained for many years by spiritual elders from several Indigenous nations. Seeking a path of purification without smoke—smudging being impractical in hospital settings—he spent two years developing a formula capable of purifying without fire. He trained under Michel Roudnitska, the great perfumer of Grasse, and Mikael Zayat, a specialist in essential oils. Eight years after Invocation’s founding, Blue Eagle created Miwah—from Miwahïmoon, a Naskapi word for that which, in nature, generates beautiful energy. To ensure that beneficial energies are called in after Chiiyaam’s purification, Blue Eagle created this fragrance.. The main ingredient is sweetgrass, called the Hair of Mother Earth in Indigenous tradition. Sweetgrass is often used to draw in beneficial energies and favourable circumstances. Michel Roudnitska sculpted its olfactory architecture: bergamot and mandarin at the top, clary sage and vetiver at the heart, sweetgrass, oak moss, and vanilla at the base.
