MORE SNOW VIDEO AND SOME THOUGHTS

These days we are working very hard and, on the weekend, I am of need for rest. I’m finding it difficult to write to you all. I did a little video (below) but I repeated myself.

What’s important to me is that we work together to make this a viable world for the children of our children. Unto seven generations. And for that to happen, we need to come back to nature.

I’ve written all the reasons for that in my book The Philosophy of Nature. So, again, repeating myself.

The weather we have, the winds, the rain, the snow, the stability of the earth or the absence thereof, the lightning and storms, all of that is a reflection of our thoughts and feelings. We are the co-creators of this world. To truly understand this is to know that there is nothing out there. It all comes from within. Thus, the best thing we can do is find some time daily to look within. Sit with ourselves. Release the attachment to what is out there to seek the wonders that emerge from the emptiness of our deepest self. Finding the importance of stillness. To appreciate doing nothing.

The significance of the word yogi in Sanskrit and Tibetan means “the one who does nothing.” These are people who can remove themselves from the world, live in caves, not think about what they eat or the temperature, just doing yoga and meditation all day and all night. They are, in fact, doing something very important, but it is invisible to our eyes.

Take care of each other. Be kind, compassionate, joyful and considerate for all you meet. Take time to be with yourself. If you find peace within, you’ll be giving a great gift this world desperately needs. We all have the divine within. Today’s world is not showing us that reality and is rapidly moving towards total destruction. We are all responsible for this. The antidote is simple. Look at yourself, follow your breath, release all attachments and summon from within peace and happiness. Those ripples of thought will go out into the world and come back to you.

We can create a peaceful world. It begins within.
