PERFUME, MUSIC AND BOOKS FOR AN ENLIGHTENED AND HEALTHY HUMANITY
In those times lived a young lady who was called Flower of Spring. She was a joy for all those who knew her, she always had a smile and a kind word for everyone she saw, and her hands were similar to the freshest spring for those who were affected by a fever or a burn.
Many ladies have problems with their moon time. Their period or menstrual cycles are called moon time for traditional Native Americans, because in nature this cycle follows the growth and waning of the moon.
In preparing my comments on the state of the world in this year 2023 as the spring equinox approaches, I realized that I could no longer publish them freely for the general public.
If we were still living in the heart of nature like the indigenous nations before the arrival of the European colonizers, in harmony with life on this marvelous planet, we would notice the following conditions: our body would be well-proportioned, there would be no obesity, no bald people, very few infirmities, very few diseases, a great physical strength, an exceptional endurance, an adaptation to the environment so we would almost never be too cold, never too hot, the body knowing how to adapt itself, because its in contact with the elements.
KARMA, LIBERATION and DEATH
The definition of karma is the one that describes the law of cause and effect. All religions and spiritual organizations speak of this. In the West it appears in the parable that says that you reap what you sow, either the good seed or the bad seed. Asian religions give a lot of importance to the law of karma and that is why Asians are generally more respectful than the West of family and social conventions. Indeed, understanding the law of cause and effect predisposes to a more just, moral and ethical behavior. The golden rule of doing and giving to one’s neighbor as we would like to be treated and as we would like to receive is the perfect illustration of this principle.

This light that shines in all hearts is the light of truth, love and wisdom. With this practice we affirm our commitment to be light bearers. We offer our prayers and practices so that all may realize Harmony and Peace.
SACRIFICE
There is one aspect of spiritual development that is not at all favored or even considered acceptable by today’s mentality of instant gratification.
