If we were still living in the heart of nature like the indigenous nations before the arrival of the European colonizers, in harmony with life on this marvelous planet, we would notice the following conditions: our body would be well-proportioned, there would be no obesity, no bald people, very few infirmities, very few diseases, a great physical strength, an exceptional endurance, an adaptation to the environment so we would almost never be too cold, never too hot, the body knowing how to adapt itself, because its in contact with the elements.

THE WINTER SOLSTICE
Winter Solstice ceremonies are characterized by a spirit of introspection and vigilance. This is the time of year when the forces of darkness are strongest and we keep the fire of spiritual practice burning so that all beings can find their way back to the light. This light that shines in all hearts is the light of truth, love and wisdom. With this practice we affirm our commitment to be light bearers. We offer our prayers and practices so that all may realize Harmony and Peace.
SACRIFICE

SACRIFICE
There is one aspect of spiritual development that is not at all favored or even considered acceptable by today’s mentality of instant gratification.
AN INTERESTING ONE-DAY RETREAT AND SOME NEWS
Dear dedicated readers!
I am truly grateful for your loyalty to my blog. I have not really been active here in the last few years. The aberrant decisions of governments around the world and the weight of the persecution against my fellow healers and myself have diminished my ability to serve those who seek alternative ways and a philosophy conducive to the healing of humanity and mother earth.
HONOURING OH SHINNAH FASTWOLF

Oh Shinnah’s teachers were Native American elders, among the most famous in North America. To name a few that come to mind at this time: Keetowah, Rolling Thunder, and Mad Bear. From her father’s people, she inherited the traditions of the Tineh (Apache); from her mother’s people, those of the Mohawk and Scottish (through her maternal great-grandfather). Among the Tineh, “Osha” means “Earth”, and “Shinnah” means “to produce the sound, the cry, the heartbeat, the song of the Earth”. Her mission was to speak for the Earth and in the name of the Earth, and to help people who are on their own path of transformation.

GENDER IN DIVINITY
A question I have often been asked is why I give the Creator the masculine gender, that of the Father.
GETTING TOGETHER FOR RITUALS AND CEREMONY IN NATURE

In all indigenous and natural peoples of the earth there have always been gatherings for cyclical ceremonies and rituals. One of the purposes of these events is the gathering itself. People have an organic need to see each other, to communicate, to laugh together, to dance, to exchange and to share.
Rituals
“”Rituals are a vessel, a tool, a means to communicate with the divine. They are not important in themselves but are only a means to open the door to the subtle realms, as a way for us to commune with the creative intelligence of the universe. “
Blue Eagle, translated from book: L’Héritage Spirituel des Amérindiens
