As I connect with the land and the people in Alberta, Canada, I’m reminded why I chose so long ago to uphold and teach the ancient wisdom of our native lands.

I’ve been searching for truth since childhood. I wanted to understand why humans had strayed so far from the life-giving elements, why humanity was wreaking such destruction on nature and health. Because I’d seen the gardens and the beautiful food brought in by a deer hunter, it was clear to me, even at a very young age, that nature provides food and health, and that the modern way of life creates thousands of diseases. I was very ill at a young age and realized early on that doctors weren’t offering me a cure and healing, but rather a dependency on medication.
LIBERTY—THE CORE OF WHO WE ARE AND WHERE WE ARE GOING
The greatest success in a person’s life is not what most people think about…. Fame, success, money, power, all these things pale when compared to what most people really need and want: true love and nourishing relationships with family, friends and community. On the backdrop of this formidable energy that comes from healthy human interaction there is the evolution and training that our souls come to accomplish on planet earth.
