Peace begins within each one of us. We all have a light side and a dark side, dark thoughts and bright thoughts. It is not a question of rejecting or reacting, but rather of recognising and transforming. By consciously observing the thoughts that arise, we can choose to amplify or transmute them. For every negative thought also has its bright, enlightened, liberated aspect.<\/p>\n
Thoughts of rebellion and anger towards someone who has hurt us can be transmuted into just and enlightened action, not reacting, but seeking compromise, resolution and skillful means to reach an agreement and using the tools that exist to achieve this. Sometimes this involves resorting to the law and other means of defense, but the important thing here is to do so without reacting impulsively, with careful consideration of the long-term effects and the impact on all our relationships.<\/p>\n
Kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity must accompany us at all times. The eternal and infinite thoughts of joy, compassion, kindness and equanimity lead us towards infinite fulfilment, towards our transformation into beings of light, angels of mercy and healing. Our capacity for evolution knows no bounds! And what the world needs most today is peace.<\/p>\n
Our thoughts of peace, mercy, kindness and consideration for all beings radiate from our hearts and influence everything around us. Like a stone thrown into water, the ripples spread out to the banks and then return to us, amplified! We no longer see them because they have been transmuted by the law of cause and effect, karma. This functionality of the universe transforms them into favourable circumstances and beneficial energies that bless our lives with bliss and joy. We must transform the world, this planet that is so beautiful and where our thoughts of fear and separation, of us and them, have caused so much destruction and suffering.<\/p>\n
It all begins in our sacred space, in the blessed place we create in our daily lives. There, we can generate luminous thoughts and transmute negative thoughts into joy, light, love and peace.<\/p>\n
